Years of Experience:

At least 2 years of experience required.
Float Requirements:
- Float to other units when census is low.
- NOT expected to take any assignments, simply helping hands/watches etc.
Education & Certifications Required:
- Position Specific: EFM, NRP, BLS.
- Relias modules.
Unit Information:

Number of Beds: 11.
-
Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:3.

Equipment: Intellispace Perinatal Fetal Monitoring.

EMR: EPIC.
Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: L&D, mother-baby postpartum, obstetrics/surgical patients, newborn nursery level I.
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: OB/LD at least 2 years.
- Type of Patients on Unit: Labor, C-sections, Genecology/surgical, postpartum, newborn nursery.
