Job Summary:
Our OB nurses do both L&D and post partum and are expected to go between the two areas. It is a small unit (3 labor and delivery rooms and 8 post partum rooms) so the nurses go back and forth depending on census and volume.

Required Skills & Experience:
-Fully trained to labor and delivery - two-plus (2+) years of experience required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Post-partum experience preferred.
Education

Required Education:
-Associate's degree in Nursing.
Preferred Education:
-BSN
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Registered Nurse (RN) - State of Michigan upon hire.
-BLS
-NRP
-C-EFM
-STABLE
