Required:
- New York State RN License.
- Primary Source Verification.
- AHA BLS.
- IV/Phlebotomy experience.
- AHA ACLS.
Experience:

Two years of the following experience is required: Critical care experience IV Insertion and phlebotomy skill Conscious sedation.
