Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with active state or compact licensure required.
- Direct patient care nurse responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe workplace for employees.
- Collaborates with occupational health and safety professionals, including medical, safety, and industrial hygiene teams.
- Minimum of one year of relevant clinical or occupational health experience required.
Job Description:
- Responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and safety of employees in the workplace.
- They conduct health assessments, manage work-related injuries and illnesses, and provide first aid and emergency care as needed.
- The nurse ensures compliance with OSHA and company health policies while supporting return-to-work programs.
- Also educate employees on wellness, prevention, and workplace safety initiatives.
