Job Title: RN- Telemetry
Locations: San Francisco, CA / San Jose, CA & Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Shift: 3 Days/Week, 12-Hour Shifts (Day & Night Shifts Available)
• Local RN Pay: Max up to $75/hr - W2
• Travel RN Pay: $85/hr | Weekly Pay: Up to $3,340 - W2
Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Telemetry Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team in the San Francisco Bay Area. If you have a passion for patient-centered care and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact while earning competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings for patients with cardiac conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
• Active California RN License
• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry experience (hospital setting preferred)
• BLS & ACLS Certification (AHA required)
• NIH Stroke Certification (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
