Location: Owosso, MI
Start Date: June 2, 2025
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $58/hr
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Position Summary:
Seeking experienced and compassionate Emergency Room RNs to join its night shift team in Owosso, MI. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a fast-paced ER environment. Must be confident in floating to Med Surg as needed and demonstrate leadership and critical thinking under pressure.
Responsibilities Include:

Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process

Create and update individualized care plans within 24 hours of admission

Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient issues
-
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with staff
-
Adhere to infection control and medication safety protocols
-
Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
-
Actively participate in staff meetings, in-services, and quality improvement
Required Certifications:
-
ACLS (AHA) – Required
-
BLS (AHA) – Required
-
PALS (AHA) – Required
-
TNCC – Required
Required Experience & Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of ER experience – Required

Active Michigan RN license – Must be in-hand at time of submission
