Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D
Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Location: Hackensack, New Jersey, 07601
Duration: 08/11/2025 – 12/31/2025
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3 days per week, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
Schedule Notes: 13-week assignment. Every other weekend required. Holidays required. No on-call. Minimum 2 years in Labor and Delivery. EPIC experience preferred.
Pay Range: $63-$68/hr.

Job Summary

Evaluates patients and assists physicians with patient care

Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient needs

Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation

Develops and coordinates individualized care plans

Initiates assessments based on patient problems, medical diagnosis, and functional health framework

Performs therapeutic nursing interventions

Manages care of patients and documents based on standards of care, acuity, and clinical priorities

Advocates for evidence-based practice and supports innovation in care delivery

Provides patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing models
