- Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Management
- Location: Roseville, CA - 95661
- Contract: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 04:30 PM | 40hr/week
- Pay (Local): $70/hr – $80/hr (W2)
- Pay (Travel): $2,700 – $3,350/week (Stipends Included)
- Perform comprehensive reviews of patient medical records to evaluate the necessity, appropriateness, and efficiency of healthcare services.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives to ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Manage patient care transitions, coordinate discharge planning, and promote cost-effective quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and payer requirements.
- Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practices to support utilization management and case coordination decisions.
- Active California RN license (unrestricted).
- Minimum 1 years of recent experience in Case Management or Utilization Review.
- Strong understanding of InterQual or Milliman criteria.
- Excellent communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.
- BLS certification (AHA preferred).
