Location: Medford, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week), 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Saturday rotation.
**Stipend available for candidates above 50 miles**
Local Pay rate: $80/HR on W2.

Summary:
- We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join an outpatient dialysis center within a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
- This role involves delivering specialized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions.
- Provide direct care to dialysis patients with complex medical needs
- Oversee up to 12 patients and supervise up to 3 Patient Care Technicians
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including some holidays and travel between nearby SNF locations
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Active RN license in Massachusetts.
- BLS (American Heart Association) required
- 1+ year of dialysis experience in SNF or acute care
- In-center hemodialysis experience required
