We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ICU team at an inpatient facility in Richmond, CA. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered critical care to adult patients in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ICU team at an inpatient facility in Richmond, CA. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered critical care to adult patients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing to ICU patients in accordance with hospital policies and evidence-based practice.
- Assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients requiring advanced interventions.
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, titrate drips, and respond to emergent situations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and recovery.
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Required Certification & Licensure:
- Current licensure by the California State Board of Nursing.
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NIHSS

- 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience.
