Job Title: RN - Outpatient/Ambulatory Care
Location: Salinas, CA 93901
Assignment Length: 6+ months (possibility of extension)

Shift options: Mon - Fri 12 PM - 8:30 PM / Mon - Fri 11 AM - 7:30 PM / Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5:30 PM / Mon - Fri 5:30 AM – 2 PM
Schedule: 40 hours per week (5x8-hour shifts)
 
Pay Rate: $75/hour. on W2
 
Note: STIPEND IS ALSO PROVIDED TO THE CANDIDATE LIVING MORE THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY.
REFERRAL BONUS ON EACH SUCCESFUL REFERRAL.
 
Job Duties:

• Completes nursing assessment of patient, and documents appropriately into patient record.
• Develops a plan of care based upon the assessment of patient, age appropriate and developmental needs of the patient.
• Collaborates with physicians and other health team members in developing a plan of care.
• Provides, delegates, and coordinates the plan of care.
• Initiates, manages, and participates in discharge planning.
• Initiates, manages, and participates in patient/family teaching.
• Demonstrates implementation skills in accordance with Policies and Procedures.
• Evaluates and updates patient’s response to plan of care.

• Current California RN license - Required
• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS - Required
• Outpatient services experience 
• PACU experience 
• Epic Experience Required: Minimum of 6–12 months within the past year
