Duration: 3 Months+ Contract (Possibility of extension)
Shift: 7 days availability, 35 hours/week, 7 hours/day

Position Summary:
Committed to helping people on their path to better health, this role focuses on delivering immunization services in a dynamic community healthcare setting. The RN will lead with empathy, drive quality patient care, and support health outcomes while adapting to evolving pharmacy initiatives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain flexibility with work hours to meet clinic and patient needs.
- Lead with heart: demonstrate empathy, compassion, and support for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Motivate and develop Support Staff by balancing assignments that play to strengths and address knowledge gaps.
- Lead your team to achieve goals and implement solutions effectively.
- Adapt plans and processes to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.
- Foster collaboration and pursue innovative ways to improve patient care and health outcomes.
- Promote a positive team culture emphasizing care, enthusiasm, and pride in the work.
- Apply nursing knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and help differentiate the client from competitors.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license valid in the state or territory of employment.
- Minimum of one year nursing experience, including immunization administration and quality patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Education:
- Full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure from a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or D.C.
