Location: Moreno Valley, CA
Duration: 3 + Months (Extension Possible)

Shift: Days / Night - 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Range: $2500/week - $3000/week (Stipends Included)
 
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Advanced Critical Care Unit (ACCU) team. The RN will provide exceptional patient-centered care to critically ill individuals, utilizing advanced clinical knowledge, sound judgment, and collaborative communication to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Specific Duties

• Monitor and manage critically ill patients requiring advanced hemodynamic monitoring and complex medical interventions.
• Operate and troubleshoot bedside cardiac monitors, ventilators, pressure monitoring systems, and infusion devices.
• Identify and manage cardiac dysrhythmias and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Administer and titrate vasoactive medications in accordance with hospital policy.
• Follow established protocols for Sepsis, VAP prevention, central line care, and pressure ulcer prevention.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and respiratory therapists in ventilator management and sedation protocols.
• Float as required to ICU, ED, PACU, or IMC units to provide ACCU-level care.

• Active California RN License
• Current BLS and ACLS Certifications
• Proficiency in Conscious Sedation
• Recent ACCU or ICU RN experience in an acute care hospital
• Travelers will float to ICU, ED, PACU, and IMC units as needed.
