Job Title: Senior Administrative Business Partner
Job Location: South San Francisco, CA
Job Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension)
Payrate: $22.75 - $37.50/ hr. on W2
Working Model: Hybrid (three days on site - generally between Monday through Thursday)
Interview Format: Two rounds (1st round - Virtual; 2nd round On-site)

Role Summary:

  • Seeking a Senior Administrative Business Partner to support our dynamic and fast paced Numerology Team within the Commercial organization.
  • This role is critical to driving operational excellence and ensuring teams are positioned to achieve key business milestones.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Expertly manage complex calendars and shared drives using Google Suite.
  • Navigate Client IT systems with ease.
  • Maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders and vendors with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with Admin team to plan and coordinate mid- to large-scale internal meetings and Ocrevus team onsite / offsites.
  • Support logistics for meetings with external partners, including preparation and follow-up.
  • Lead execution of internal events requiring virtual platforms and advanced tech setups.
  • Contribute to meeting materials, agendas, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Support recruiting logistics, including candidate hosting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Plan and manage team-building events, workshops, and training coordination.
  • Handle vendor and speaker engagements, including contracts and payments.
  • Maintain department org charts and assist in special projects as needed.
  • Comfort with application of AI in enhancing administrative tasks.
  • Coverage for team OOO, may include additional Product.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Support contracting processes and ensure timely agreement execution.
  • Coordinate key meetings and events (e.g., planning workshops, field meetings).
  • Assist with planning and logistics for team offsites and network calls.
  • Support onboarding of new team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Client is a plus.
  • Comfort with myBuy Required.
  • 5–7 years of administrative, operations, or project management experience (pharma/biotech experience preferred).
  • Strong track record supporting senior leaders.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize and execute tasks independently.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Trusted with confidential information and exercises sound judgment.
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy.
  • Skilled in Google and C-suite tools (Gmail, GCal, GSheets, Trello, Zoom, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
