Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel
Location: Clackamas, OR 97015
Duration: 3 Months+
Shift: 06:45 PM to 07:15 AM
Start: 09/08/2025
Unit: ICU (Intensive Care Unit)
Travel Requirement: Must live 50+ miles from facility
Position Overview:
The ICU RN will provide high-acuity patient care in a critical care setting, ensuring safe and effective treatment for patients with life-threatening conditions. The role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and the ability to respond to emergencies with precision and composure.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and manage complex medical equipment (ventilators, drips, etc.).
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and quality standards.
- Educate patients and families on condition, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
Requirements:
- Active RN license for Oregon – Required.
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA) – Required.
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience – Required.
