End Date: December 21, 2025
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
Experience Required: 2 years as House Supervisor in a hospital setting
Position Overview
The RN House Supervisor promotes and restores patient health through day-to-day clinical management and long-term planning in a hospital care setting. This leadership role involves directing nursing staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting patients and families, maintaining compliance with state and hospital standards, and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Manage patient care services, staffing schedules, and workflow for clinical staff.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.

Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and nursing regulations.

Support patients and families emotionally, psychologically, and educationally.

Monitor and manage department budgets, staffing, and supply inventory.

Implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Maintain accurate patient care documentation and reporting.

Ensure readiness of equipment and medical supplies.
Required Certifications
All certifications must be through the American Heart Association and attached to submission.

ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

BLS Basic Life Support

PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support

NRP Neonatal Resuscitation Program

TNCC Trauma Nursing Core Course
Licensure Requirement

Valid WY RN license or Compact Multi-State RN license (must be current and included with resume)
