Job Summary:
- Deliver patient-centered care in an inpatient telemetry setting.
- Assess patient conditions and needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and revise plans of care as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with hospital and legal standards.
- Demonstrate clinical competence specific to adult and telemetry patient populations.
Skills & Experience:
Required:
- Recent telemetry experience is required.
- Must be able to pass an EKG test upon hire.
- Demonstrated clinical competence in inpatient care, particularly with adult and telemetry populations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure & Certifications:
Required:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Wisconsin, or a Multi-State License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
- AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent.
