Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: San Antonio, TX 78251
Duration: 6 Months

Position Summary:
- The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidence-based, holistic care in a retail clinic setting.
- The FNP will independently manage a panel of patients aged 18 months and older, delivering comprehensive services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling.
- This role is integral to driving improved patient outcomes and reports directly to the Senior Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient-Centered Quality & Safety
- Educate patients on health maintenance and wellness strategies.
- Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and co-manage medical conditions to ensure high-quality care.
- Accurately document all patient interactions using an electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Assist in the development of Patient-Centered Practice Teams.
- Provide timely responses to patient inquiries.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- DEA registration required at time of offer.
Education
- Master s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current National Board Certification and State Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
