Job Title: RN – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Clackamas, OR & Hillsboro, OR
Duration: 3 +Months (Possibility of extension)

Shift Time: Night Shift | 07:30 PM – 07:00 AM | 3 shifts/week | Every other weekend & holidays required

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at a leading medical facility in Clackamas, OR & Hillsboro, WA. This contract position offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced critical care environment, providing high-level nursing care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions. As an ICU nurse, you will be responsible for closely monitoring patients, administering medication and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
 
Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver direct patient care in a critical care setting
• Monitor vital signs, respond to medical emergencies, and assess patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Operate and monitor critical care equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering education and emotional support
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations

 
Required Certifications & Licence:

• Minimum 1 year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in an ICU setting.
• Active RN State License (OR and WA)
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
