Job Duration: 1-year contract (potentially renewable)

Job Description:
- Performs job functions in accordance with Medical Director and Client policies and work within standing orders, guidelines/protocols.
- Manage on-site occupational health clinic.
- Maintains and Products confidentiality of health records and related information.
- Manage oversite of the Body Fluid Donor Program which includes but is not limited to review of the annual medical history, review of vital signs and hemoglobin results to determine approval of donor program.
- Provides Medical Case Management for Workers’ Compensation Claims, Short Term, Long-Term Disability, FMLA and ADA.
- Assess and treat occupational and nonoccupational illnesses and injuries including follow-up.
- Provides health services including but not limited to counseling, teaching, immunizations, TB skin tests, and blood pressure checks.
- Act as a liaison between physicians, supervisors/managers, HR partners, and the employee to allow early return to work by accommodating work restrictions outlined by the treating physician.
- Assists with OSHA log record keeping.
- Completes and documents all necessary forms and record keeping in electronic medical record.
- Perform or assist with medical surveillance exams.
- Works collaboratively with safety in reviewing, monitoring, and follow-up of employee incident reporting.
- Identifies injury/illness trends and recommends interventions to promote effective safety practices.
Requirements:
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse License
- Associate degree
- BLS Certification -AHA
- Minimum: 1 year of Occupational Health experience
