Notes:
- Must have a current RN license in good standing
Skills & Experience:
- Registered nurses with 2 years of ER or psych experience. (as both pretty much every ER is full of psych patients these days).
- Patient population is children ages 5-12, adolescents 13-17, adults ranging from 18 and up.
- Unit ratios are 1 RN +1 RN/LPN (2 license nurses) for 12+ patients plus 2 mental health techs (day shift). We use a matrix for this and can share with nurse once hired. 1 RN and 1 MHT per unit from 11 pm – 7 am.
Schedule Notes:
- Every other weekend is mandatory.
- Schedules are in a 2 week block.
- We require Handle with Care and will provide training for onboarding.
