Medical Assistant
Position Title: Medical Assistant
Duration: 1 Months
Location- Atlanta, GA
Shift: Mon, Tue and Thur 7:30AM - 4:30PM
Job Responsibilities
-
Support both front and back office operations
-
Greet and room patients
-
Schedule appointments and answer phones
-
Take patient vitals
-
Draw blood and perform phlebotomy/venipuncture
-
Administer vaccines
-
Provide additional clinical support as needed
-
Maintain a collaborative relationship with center staff
-
Support health education and outreach initiatives
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience (in addition to externship)
-
Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred
-
Occupational Health experience strongly preferred
-
Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) required

Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills

Strong computer skills
-
Desire to work in a health education and outreach-focused environment

Commitment to improving healthcare through advanced primary care solutions
