Pay rate: $ 39.39/hr on W2.
 
Role Overview:

• The Graphic Designer will create and refine training materials, presentations, and other digital assets. The role ensures alignment with brand guidelines, maintaining design consistency and quality for internal and external use.

• Design and finalize digital presentations and training materials.
• Collaborate with team members to incorporate feedback and make revisions.
• Follow established style guidelines for consistent design assets.
• Maintain organized file structures and version control for design projects.
• Ensure all deliverables meet production specifications for both digital and print platforms.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Illustrator.
• Design Expertise: Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high attention to detail.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and feedback integration.
• Portfolio: Required for application.

• Experience in a corporate or departmental environment.
• Familiarity with Articulate 360 (Storyline) for interactive content.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation design.
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
