Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: Shenandoah, TX
Duration: 3 months+ (Possible Extension)

Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

Job Summary:
The PSR I is the primary point of contact for patients, responsible for drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role requires professionalism, accuracy, and strong patient interaction skills to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood specimens (clinical & forensic) following procedures
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain records
• Provide excellent patient care and clear communication
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
• Work independently while meeting daily performance goals

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 6+ months experience (1+ year phlebotomy preferred)
• Phlebotomy skills (pediatric & geriatric experience preferred)
• Medical assistant/paramedic training (preferred)
• Strong data entry and customer service skills
• Flexible for occasional overtime if needed
