Title: Kardex Attendant/Inventory
Location: Piscataway NJ
Contract: 6months and Possibility of Extension
Confirm Schedule: 7:30am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm
Top 3 Skills/Requirements: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Time management and organization skills, attention to detail, interpersonal ability
Location Details (onsite, hybrid, remote; how many days per week in office - please be as detailed as possible): onsite- 5 days a week
YES-additional physical fit test required
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Interview process: Teams interview (1round)
Job Summary: Responsible for the daily, continuous organization and operation of the Kardex machine.
Essential Responsibilities and Functions:
Pulls all oil requests from Kardex, as requested by FDMs and the labs, in an expedient and timely manner
Returns all oils to Kardex in a timely manner on a daily basis
Manages the proper disposal of expired oils in designated locations on the loading dock.
Ensures that oils are properly charged in and out, with requestor initials noted
Ensures that all oils are returned to Kardex in their proper locations so as to avoid breakage/spilling of bottles within the unit
Contacts Garden State for maintenance in the event of a service interruption, and keeps the team apprised of the status
Ensures that all oils going into Kardex are properly labeled
Cleans out old expired oils from the unit, monitoring space within the unit and on various trays
Assists with the organization and building of a Living Library our curated collection of validated, tested, categorized, top selling variants
Requests oils to populate Kardex for the purpose of library collections
Partners with Library manager to build a library that best serves the business
Adheres to all AGX safety protocols for the handling of fragrance oils
Continuously keeps the Kardex room neat, clean and organized, and ready for potential visitors
Additional Job Competencies / Job Relationships / Specialized Skills:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Meticulous, organized, attention to detail, multitasker
Familiar with laboratory safety, able to withstand possible strong odors
Location: Piscataway NJ
