Intake/Output are critical, vital signs, patient mobility, patient hygiene, maintaining a safe environment of care, room cleanliness, hourly rounding, teamwork and professionalism are core values of R4. RNs & CNAs work together to coordinate patient care. Staff engagement on R4 is high, educational opportunities are common, debriefing and huddles are a part of our unit culture to maintain focus on patient safety.
