Job Title: Patient Services Representative I / Phlebotomist I
Location:Coral Springs, FL
Duration: 4 months
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm and Saturday 6:30am-11:30am

Overview:
The PSR I is the frontline representative for patients, responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples and preparing them for lab testing. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, patient interaction, and strict adherence to safety and confidentiality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens accurately.

• Deliver excellent patient care with professionalism and empathy.

• Maintain accurate records and a safe, clean work environment.

• Follow standard procedures and perform duties independently.

• Represent the company positively to patients and the public.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, and WA.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy required; 1+ year preferred. Customer service and data entry experience preferred.

• Skills: Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric and geriatric), attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.

• Reliable personal transportation required (rideshare not accepted).
