Job Description:
- The Patient Services Representative serves as the face of the company for patients seeking healthcare services, either for routine care or critical health decisions.
- The PSR is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, following established practices and procedures.
- This position involves direct patient interaction, where the PSR ensure a trusting and confident environment by clearly explaining procedures and performing blood draws in a safe, accurate, and skillful manner.
- The PSR is expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and precision in patient information.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
