Service Quotation Administrator

Description:

2nd shift schedule 130pm to 10pm. In office on Mon, Tues and Wed from 1:30 to 4, they can travel home and finish their shift at home until 10pm.

Thur and Fri remote

Provide Time & Material quotes and part orders to customers where the service requested by customer is not covered by warranty or contract, and enable service delivery to proceed when the quote is accepted by customer.
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
Verify the accuracy of customer entitlement, what s covered and what s not
Ensure accuracy of quote provided to customer
Ensure T&M invoice is in line with the actual service delivered
Ensure the terms and conditions of quote are compliant with legal requirements
Coordinate the quoting and part ordering activity to meet required business and customer turnaround time
Ensure the service delivery is released on time when quote is accepted by customer
Shifts can be changed per business requirements. 1:30pm to 10pm is this position s shift, and it is the latest shift we have.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
2+ years experience in related field or Education Equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and desire to take on additional responsibilities
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
Energetic, friendly, outgoing, proactive personality
Must have good organizational and time management skills
Must be able to analyze situations relating to customer needs and react accordingly in a timely fashion.
Must have basic computer skills
Must be able to function independently with a minimum amount of supervision
