Special Investigations Department Support

This is full-time onsite in Tulsa, Richardson or Chicago....please put desired work location at the type of resume

Start time is 7am, but can start as early as 6am

This position is responsible for researching and initiating telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• Experience in telephone and email outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions. *Data entry and/or typing experience.
• Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills. *Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. *Proficient with Microsoft suite (excel and word)
• Detail oriented.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year customer service experience, including call center or telemarketing. *6 months data entry experience in an office environment.
• Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet Microsoft excel and word testing criteria.
