Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 3 Months contract on W2 (With possible Extension)

Job Description:
- Candidates can be sourced from across the US as long as they're able to support the CST schedule.
- Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment - Wi-Fi will not suffice. Satellite internet is not compatible with the equipment and internet speeds must be at least 10Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload. Candidates MUST be available/focused consistently during working hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm CST with minimal distractions.
Required Skills:
- Dental Office/Dental Insurance Experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Provider recruiting/ Provider onboarding
- Outbound calling: Recruiting providers to join Cigna’s dental network
- Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
- Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Process contracts and track contacts within computer systems
- Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced
Preferred Skills:
- Phone Etiquette – Inbound/Outbound calls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Sales Experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
