Description: Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (B.A./B.S./B.F. A.) from a four-year college our university and related experience in customer service, clinical trials or pharmaceuticals, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A successful candidate will have strong skills in the following areas: written and verbal communications, interpersonal cross-functional team-based interaction, organizational and detail orientation, analytical, planning, and problem solving. The ideal candidate should also be intellectually curious, results oriented, and possess the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of management, vendors, and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Client Services team by drafting clinical trial electronic production orders, review accuracy of production records, and update the project tracking system.
Manage clinical label generation tasks between the client and project management team.
Works with the project management team in completing all necessary tasks associated with the successful completion of a project.
Provide administrative support to team members when necessary.
Experienced in Microsoft Excel, data management, manipulation and reporting.
Comfortable working in various database systems.
Comfortable with change and shifting priorities.
