Job Title: Associate Business Performance Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 18 Months (Possibilities to extend)
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing: Accurately process and record third-party supplier invoices into the financial system, adhering to company policies and timelines.
Purchase Order Creation: Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with procurement needs and budgetary constraints.
Data Management: Maintain and update databases related to invoices and purchase orders, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to address and resolve any invoice or purchase order-related queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in invoice processing and purchase order management roles
Technical Proficiency:
Microsoft Excel (Required)
SAP (Preferred)
