Phlebotomist I

Shift: 2nd shift: 1 PM to 9:30 PM EST
Job Description:
- The Patient Services Representative (PSR) serves as the first point of contact for patients, drawing blood samples and preparing them for lab testing.
- The PSR ensures a safe and accurate blood draw while creating a trustful environment.
- Responsibilities include verifying patient info, following procedures, maintaining records, and promoting a positive image to patients and clients.
- The PSR works independently, demonstrating leadership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Positions may vary, including doctor's offices and patient service centers.
Job Requirements:

Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric and geriatric).

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime).

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required).

Ability to handle multiple priorities and provide excellent customer service.

Must adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and dress code.
