Must Have
- Technical Baby Care Premium knowledge and loss elimination.
- Premium product quality knowledge.
- Digital manufacturing tools experience (Veeva, BadBoih, SAP, Qview, Augury).
- Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and priority-setting skills.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across functions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Inspect and maintain the performance of all mechanical equipment supported in the manufacturing process at the plant.
- Determine manufacturing problems that create production issues and identify and implement solutions.
- Perform cost-benefit evaluations for new manufacturing processes.
- Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
- Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
- Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
- Maintain research and activity documentation and prepare reports.
