Job Title: Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Job Location: Baytown, TX
Job Duration: 2 Months (possibility of extension)
Job Shift: 1st Shift, 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM 

Job Summary:

• The PSR II is the front-line representative for patients, responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens, ensuring proper labeling and handling, and maintaining a professional, patient-focused environment.
• This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, clear communication, and adherence to procedures and privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens following protocols.
• Verify patient information and ensure accurate labeling.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain procedures clearly.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Adapt to schedule changes, travel, and work at multiple locations as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric and geriatric).
• Strong data entry and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call shift.
