Phlebotomist I
Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Indian Harbour Beach, FL
Duration: 4+ months
Schedule:
-
Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Rotating Saturdays: 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care by performing blood draws and specimen processing in a safe, accurate, and professional manner. This role serves as the face of the organization, ensuring a positive patient experience while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform clinical and forensic blood collections (pediatric, adult, and geriatric).

Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing.

Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Deliver excellent customer service and create a trusting patient environment.

Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity goals.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred).

Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Strong customer service and data entry skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, overtime as needed).

Reliable personal transportation required (must live within a 20–25 minute commute).

Must be punctual and able to work full scheduled shifts.
