We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Jira Software to support hardware electrical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing Jira projects, ensuring engineering teams have the tools and structure required for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Jira Software projects tailored for hardware engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to manage project lifecycles effectively.
• Create and manage dashboards, workflows, and reports to provide leadership with project visibility.
• Consolidate updates into program-level reporting.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
• Train teams on Jira best practices and collaboration tools to maximize productivity.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

• 8 14 years of project management experience (depending on educational background).
• Hands-on experience with Jira Software, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Background in hardware electrical engineering or technical product development.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance detailed tactical tracking with strategic process improvements.

Preferred:

• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Master s degree or MBA (may reduce required years of experience).
