Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains, and analyzes financial information, plans, and projections in support of assigned program(s) and/or function(s).
- Ensures all financial activities conform to accounting standards and guidelines.
- Reconciles and maintains accurate financial records.
- Compiles, prepares, and presents financial reports.
- Conducts special studies to provide insights and recommendations.
- Prepares and/or presents training materials related to financial matters.
- Analyzes and interprets financial data to provide technical advice and counseling to other departments, students, and stakeholders.
- May provide guidance and direction to lower-level staff.
- Performs other related duties as required.
