Title: Phlebotomist II
Location: Woodland Park, NJ
Duration: 3 months
Shift: Mon-Thur 8:30am-5pm; Fri 8:30am-3:30pm

Pay Range: $19 - $21.80/hr. on w2

Overview:
The PSR II serves as the face of the company, performing skilled blood collection and specimen preparation while ensuring a safe, professional, and compassionate experience for patients. This role requires advanced phlebotomy skills, strong customer service, and the flexibility to work across various locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and specimen processing for clinical and forensic testing

• Verify patient identity and label specimens in their presence

• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards

• Support multiple locations (patient centers, doctor’s offices, etc.) with minimal notice

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and service excellence standards

• Promote a positive image to patients, clients, and the public

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Medical assistant or paramedic training (preferred)

• Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA)

• 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric

• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center (preferred)

• Strong data entry, multitasking, and decision-making skills

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if travel required)

• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and different sites
