Duration: 12 Months+ Contract (Possibilities of Extension)
Start Time: Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM CST (8-hour shift)
Overtime: Not planned, but may be required occasionally (minimal)

- Manage material planning and procurement activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply issues
- Monitor supplier performance and on-time delivery
- Communicate effectively across functions via email and phone
- Maintain accurate records in SAP and Excel
- Identify and act on opportunities for process improvements
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Key Metrics Tracked:
- FILL Rate
- On-Time Delivery
- Product & Backorder Cycle Time
- Delinquencies
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with SAP (materials planning or buying modules)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, analysis)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Previous experience in materials planning, procurement, or buying
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in manufacturing or supply chain logistics
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
