Job Title: Associate Project Delivery Specialist (temp)
Job Location: Albuquerque, NM
Job Duration: 3-4 Months (possibility of extension)

Hybrid- candidates must have their own computer at home to work hybrid.
Otherwise it will be fully onsite.

Role:

• Function as a high-level administrative assistant.
• Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications with medical offices and facilities including online and telephonic for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Process invoices to make ready for payment.
• Learn documentation review process as needed to assist with project completion.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Fast learner – time limited audits already underway
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and shared websites
• Strong communication skills – phone, written, verbal.
• Familiarity with reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance in accordance with established protocols.
• HS Diploma/GED

PREFERRED (but not required):

• Experience with healthcare and audits / reviews – e.g. HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, Utilization review, Quality.

HOURS:

• This position is mainly Monday through Friday (hours-some flexibility). Some weekend and after hour work may be required to complete projects.
