Job Title: Medicare Advantage Solutions Owner
Duration: May 2026 Jan 2027 (possible extension or possibility to convert FTE)
Remote work with travel to Dallas TX every Month (prefer candidates from Dallas or local TX locations)

Job Summary:
The Medicare Advantage Solutions Owner (MASO) is responsible for the endtoend vision, strategy, integration, and successful deployment of digital solutions that foster frictionless, differentiated, and platinum level member experiences while driving growth from existing Client customers.
This role serves as the single accountable owner for MA solutions across the member journeyfrom discovery and enrollment through ongoing coverage navigation and care utilizationtranslating strategy into prioritized roadmaps, clear decisions, and on time project delivery. The MASO works in close partnership with Care Coverage, Customer Experience Office (CXO), Digital Health, and Platform teams to ensure solutions are operationally feasible, regulatory compliant, and scalable.

Essential Functions of the Role:

  1. Solution Ownership & Vision: Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of the solution from vision to design strategy and on-time delivery.
  2. Member Journey & Experience: Translates the member journey into actionable solution requirements ensuring reduction of friction for members, providers, and operational teams.
  3. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Leads a cross-functional team across Care Coverage, Digital Health, Marketing, and Compliance. Closely coordinates with product director, CXO, and marketing to scale solution.
  4. Performance, Outcomes & Optimization: Establish methodologies (reports/dashboards) to monitor and manage solution deployment and adoption/uptake by current and prospective members.
  5. Regulatory & Risk Awareness: Ensure solution is designed and deployed in alignment with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  6. Stakeholder Leadership & Communication: Clearly communicates progress, risks, and design decisions to stakeholders. Builds trust throughout Client system of the solutions effectiveness to create a more frictionless, differentiated, and platinum level member experience.
Key Success Factors:
  1. Undergraduate degree required.
  2. 10 years in healthcare leadership.
  3. Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage industry including CMS regulations, product/bid design, supplemental benefits, upcoming regulatory changes, sales/broker industry, member experience drivers, and the new member enrollment process.
  4. Provider sponsored health plan experience is required.
  5. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  6. Strong written and verbal skills to convey strategy, progress, and performance
  7. Ability to work across functional areas to influence others without direct authority.

Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree required; Masters degree preferred. Experience:
  1. 7+ years of healthcare or Medicare Advantage product leadership
  2. Experience leading a provider sponsored health plan.
  3. Proven ability to own complex solutions end-to-end in a matrixed environment.
  4. Proven ability to work across operational, technical, and regulatory stakeholders.
