Shift - Full time Hours Per Week: 35 Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
Pay - $60/hr - $65/hr
Note - Strong financial reporting experience and a solid health insurance background needed
Job Summary:
Responsible for accounting and financial reporting and analysis for all lines of business.
Job Responsibilities:
-Interacts with outside auditors.
-Prepares account analyses, general ledger account reconciliations, selected bank reconciliations and prepares journal entries as assigned.
-Review investment journal entries, amortization schedules, and footnote disclosures.
-Assists with the integration of new lines of business impacting the Controllers area.
Skills:
Required Skills & Experience:
-Experience in progressively complex healthcare data analytics / statistical analysis.
-Experience interacting with internal clients for report development & execution, especially with reporting actionable activity by / for clinicians.
-Experience in managed care setting with knowledge of VBP, utilization review, case Mngmt, etc.
-Proficiency in claims analysis.
-Proficiency in SQL (required), SAS (desired), & Tableau or Power BI.
-Analytical abilities: can draw insight from findings & underst& business relevance.
-Organizational & Mngmt skills & ability to balance multiple projects.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Experience in health insurance, hospitals, or care delivery systems.
