Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Techs
Job Location: Irvine, CA
Job Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: Monday - Friday and have starts times between 7:00am - 11:00am
Payrate: $70.00/ hr. on w2

Overview:
- Attitude is key.
- Prior experience in academic setting likely to be successful.
- Must be able to hit the ground running.
- High Volume- Irvine, Costa Mesa and Orange are VERY busy working everything from clinical trials, every nuclear medicine procedure possible, 50 different radiologic pharmaceuticals they work with.
- If candidates have lower volume or community health exp only, they may be a better fit for Los Alamitos.
- Will be assigned a single location for initial 13 week assignment, may be open to rotating locations in the future, but not during their first assignment.
- No on call expected.
Requirements:
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties Required.
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job Required.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Required.
- Must be able to provide on-call/call-back service as needed Required.
- Minimum one year, full-time experience working as a CNMT Required.
- Knowledge of State regulatory radiation safety practices and the principles of ALARA Required.
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program Required.
- Current and active State of California CNMT License Required.
- Current and active NMTCB and/or AART (N) licensure for Nuclear Medicine Required.
- Current BLS certification Required.
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Required.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System Required.
