Job Title: Senior Programmer Analyst
Top 3 Required Skills
1) Must have a minimum 4+ years of experience using .Net Programming Skills (please ensure clear on resume years of experience and when last used)
2) Knowledge of database structures and management systems- high preference for candidates with experience in large, regulated industry environments
3) Minimum of 4+ years in seat as a System Analyst

A Programmer Analyst will work in support of corporate strategic planning as a bridge to close the gap between technical programming and system analysis. They will be responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions through software development and system management.
Demonstrated ability to seek out and understand customers' issues business needs
Demonstrated ability to handle deadlines and pressures
Conceptual thinking and reasoning abilities
