Our specialty pharmacy focuses on patients with chronic conditions such as Transplant, Multiple Sclerosis, HIV, Oncology, Hepatitis C, and Autoimmune disorders. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions.

• Provide high-quality patient counseling and care.

• Collaborate with providers and clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Support marketing activities with sales staff to strengthen relationships with local providers.

• Train, mentor, and oversee pharmacy technicians and interns.

• Partner with the Pharmacy Manager to execute daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD) in good standing in the State of Massachusetts.

• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience.

• Ability to work Monday Friday, 8:00am 6:00pm (8.5-hour shifts); some overtime may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Education

• Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy (required).

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
