Job Title: Contract and Data Analyst (Managed Care)
Location: Tulsa, OK 74136 & 74133
Duration: 52 weeks (Direct Hire)
Shift/Schedule: Days | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM | Onsite
Pay Rate: $68,390.40 $98,102.58 per year
Job Responsibilities:

Analyze managed care contracts and communicate operational impacts across departments.

Develop models, perform financial analysis, and monitor performance of new and existing contracts.

Audit financials to ensure payment compliance and negotiate discrepancies with payors.

Review and negotiate contract language during contracting processes.

Build, maintain, and test contract projection models in Epic for physician and hospital reimbursement.

Perform programming and analysis to ensure accurate rate and revenue code operations in Epic.
-
Collaborate with Epic teams to validate builds and ensure models function correctly in production.

Resolve contractual disputes by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Develop processes and maintain data sets required for contract analysis.

Interact frequently with directors and other senior-level stakeholders.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
Experience:
-
34 years of related experience.
-
Experience in health plan insurance contracting, provider/facility reimbursement, and managed care.
-
Experience with contract modeling, financial analysis, and contract compliance.

Experience with EHR systems; Epic experience preferred.

Technical Skills:
-
Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Power BI.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Education:
-
Bachelors degree in Business or related field (required).

Certifications/Licenses:
-
Epic certification (must obtain and maintain).

Prior experience in a health system, clinic, or surgery center.
