Job Description:
Pharmacy Manager serves as the Pharmacist in Charge as defined by the State Board of Pharmacy, and reports to the Market Director of Pharmacy. The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for supervision of daily departmental work activities and assigned staff; including work schedules and assignments. Serves as a pharmacist and carries out the dispensing and clinical functions of that job description. Develops and implements systems and processes to ensure regulatory compliance, continuous quality assurance and performance improvement, and staff workflows. Acts as a resource to staff regarding education, orientation, and standard operating procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
Facility Requirements:
Must have California BOP license, this must be attached to the submission
Must have their BLS certification, must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association)
Must have 5 years recent Pharmacy Managerial experience in a hospital setting preferred
Shifts will be Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm; No on call, but it is a manager position so being available by phone for issues is required
