Title: Customer Service Representative
Duration: 4 months - if successful convert to full time
Location: Germantown, WI
Work hours: Mon - Friday 8 am - 5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch and 2 - 10 minute paid breaks)
Temp to perm
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements Reliable transportation (we do not live on a bus route or near public transportation), previous Customer Service experience, experience taking orders via phone and email.
Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications? Strong attention to detail, Strong critical thinking and problem solving, a customer first attitude.
Required levels/ Years of Experience education discuss whether there is flexibility High school diploma or GED, 1-2 years experience, yes flexible
Summary: Interviews customers and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; SIGHT Program and Microsoft Access.
